GDPR - PRIVACY POLICY

INFORMATION WE COLLECT:-

To fulfil your order you must provide me with certain personal information such as full name, postal address and details of the product you are ordering. You may also provide me with additional information eg for custom orders or personalised designs.

WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION, HOW I USE IT AND WHERE IT’S STORED:-

I only collect the information needed to fulfill your order, settle any disputes or provide customer support. If you purchase your order through ETSY you authorise Etsy to provide me with the required information and should also review their privacy policy.

If you pay for your order through PayPal, you authorise Paypal to provide me with the required information and should review their policy.

All other information is stored in digital format only in my facebook accounts, etsy shop and email server.

INFORMATION SHARING:-

Information sharing is limited as follows

Facebook, Etsy and Paypal - as outlined in their Policies and Terms of Use

Service Providers: Limited information shared with trusted 3rd parties for delivery purposes only, Name and address information only.

DATA RETENTION:-

We keep digital records for the minimum period required by UK Tax Law, after which time it is securely destroyed. Any information stored digitally, including ,but not limited to Facebook messages, emails and etsy conversations are deleted once an order is complete and posted.

YOUR RIGHTS:-

You may have the right to access and receive a copy of any information I hold about you by contacting me. You may also request that I change, restrict or delete any personal information I hold. I will delete any information I hold unless there is a legal requirement to keep it (I will inform you in these instances that your information cannot be deleted)
